The Directors of JCM are actively involved in the acquisition of companies within the UK and Ireland. JCM concentrate on the purchase of Private Limited Companies, with individual turnovers between 2 and 25 Million per annum, in the engineering, construction, waste management and logistics industries. The experience of the company coupled with good quality financial investors, give the company a competitive advantage to acquire companies, which in themselves are profitable companies or those needing the "turn around" experience.
International Construction & Commodity Trading
JCM are currently involved in negotiations of over 2 billion dollars worth of international construction contracts. Not only does their experience relate to the construction industry but their banking contacts and knowledge facilitates the project to be developed and financed fully. An example of the above is a 1 billion Dollar construction project in Iraq involving a UK, Saudi Arabian and Iraqi consortium.
JCM is actively involved in the trading of commodities on an international basis both in their own right and with joint venture partners. Current trades involve contracts for gold bullion, uncut diamonds and oil contracts.
Financial and Management Consultants
This division of JCM helps facilitate the other main activities of the company in addition to those of third party clients. JCM have the ability to source prime bank guarantees for their own investments as well as those of their clients. The company is capable to advise clients on the funding of projects via banking instruments and all other forms of corporate financial advice.
